3. Project Scope & Revisions

Each project includes a defined scope based on the selected package or approved proposal.

Revisions

  • Revision limits are defined by the selected package or agreement.
  • One revision round consists of a single, consolidated set of feedback.
  • Revisions must stay within the approved project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope — including additional pages, features, redesigns, or functionality — may require additional fees or a new agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely content and materials
  • Ensure they have legal rights to all provided content (text, images, logos, etc.)
  • Respond to feedback requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or communication may impact the project timeline.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Pricing and payment terms are outlined in the approved proposal or invoice.
  • Deposits, if required, must be paid before work begins.
  • Final balances are due prior to website launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design and custom content created specifically for their project.

Guided Flow Agency retains the right to:

  • Display completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Reuse general design patterns, code techniques, and non‑confidential processes

Third‑party tools, platforms, themes, or plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance or support is provided only if included in a package or purchased separately.

Maintenance services may include updates, backups, security checks, and minor content changes as outlined in the maintenance agreement. New features, redesigns, or major changes are not included unless explicitly stated.

8. Third‑Party Services

Projects may involve third‑party platforms or services such as hosting providers, plugins, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, or email services. Guided Flow Agency is not responsible for issues, outages, or changes caused by third‑party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Guided Flow Agency is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Changes in search engine rankings
  • Website downtime caused by hosting or third‑party services
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Guided Flow Agency does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with privacy laws, accessibility laws, or industry‑specific regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Deposits and completed work are non‑refundable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guided Flow Agency operates.

13. Updates to These Terms

Guided Flow Agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
